Library edition

Text pages in the Encyclopaedia Judaica, Second Edition are printed on a film coated acid-free sheet selected for durability and opacity at a medium basis weight to ensure ensure that volumes are light enough for use by all. This paper selection also enables good halftone reproduction with no ink rub-off while remaining glare-free for the reader. Photographic inserts are printed on a coated matte sheet selected to enhance the color images while providing less glare than a gloss paper.
